Patrol Woman (illustrated by Lars Brown)

In the 14th Portrait Of Despair, from Endless Nights, a woman committed suicide because she felt that the pain and heart-hurt was unbearable.

When her body was found, a police patrol woman commented that “Someone like that. You’d think she’d have everything to live for” possibly referring to the woman having a seemingly loving husband and children.

The Patrol Woman appears in Endless Nights on the 17th page of the Despair story.
