Sometimes life gets in the way of fun stuff and so I, unfortunately, had a bit of a lapse in updates. Sorry. We are back now and everything is awesome and so hopefully I will be able to get into the habit of consistently posting again. I'm actually thinking that for the whole month of May I will post two new characters a day.
The first character is one of the Dignitaries from my favorite story in Endless Nights. I hope you enjoy him...

In Endless Nights, Dream and his lover, Killalla Of The Glow, travel to a palace amongst the stars to attend the parliament concerning zones of responsibility and the merits of obligation for creation.
During an intermission from the conference Kilalla is talking to Sol who is the youngest star at the parliament. He is telling her that his planets are still asleep and do not yet hold life, but when they do he hopes they could like her.
Sto-Oa interrupts and she questions him about the parliament. As they walk down the hallway they pass this Dignitary, who is talking to another of the dignitaries during their short break from the discussions.
He appears in “Endless Nights in the story Heart Of The Star” on p. 15, in panel 1.
