Aurelian Palace Guard # 7 (illustrated by Carl Sciacchitano)

Cluracan is sent to Aurelia to prevent an alliance between the folk of the plain cities.

After Cluracan’s “outburst” at assembly of emissaries, the Carnifex ordered him to be imprisoned. This guard escorted him to his cell. He told Cluracan that the Carnifex would, as promised, “pop out his eyeballs and piss in the holes.”

This Aurelian Palace Guard appears in Sandman # 52, on page 15 in panels 5-6.
