Te'Shawn Dwyer is an artist from Toronto, Canada. A friend of mine introduced me to his art after getting a few commissions from him. I was immediately taken by his dramatic style and incredibly expressive line work. Thankfully he was interested in doing some portraits for me. In The Doll's House, Serial Killers from all over the country gather for the cereal convention held in a hotel in an unknown location.
This serial killer is one of the many people who attended this convention.
He can be seen in Sandman # 14, on page 13 in panel 5. He is sitting in the opening ceremonies panel where Nimrod, one of the organizers, is laying out the ground rules for the convention.
