Gwen finds Hob sleeping through the Renaissance festival in an old shed at the edge of the fairgrounds.

As they are heading toward the exit they pass through the beer garden where Hob spend a majority of the day.

This man is sitting at some of the tables drinking beer.

He appears in Sandman # 73, on page 20, in panel 5.
