After escaping The Eremite, Didi and Sexton have breakfast in a bagel restaurant and then walk through the streets of the city.

Didi finds a man selling jewelry on the sidewalk and buys a new ankh.

Sexton questions Didi about being Death. He asks her what happens when people die. She replies “If I was really Death, do you think I’d tell you.”

This man is walking on the sidewalk behind Didi and Sexton.

He appears in Death: The High Cost Of Living # 3, on pages 14, in panel 4.
