She is one of the fantastic artists from Helioscope Studios in Portland, Oregon. She has created a web comic called The Last Diplomat and has worked on Harrow County and Emily And The Strangers: Breaking The Record. Her first Sandman portrait is a fantastically creepy serial killer!!!
Not all serial killers look frightening or suspicious and this man is a perfect example of a deadly killer who does not seem menacing. He could be your neighbor or your teacher or the person who does your taxes.
This man attended the Cereal Convention and was hanging out in the hotel lobby as Nimrod walked around making sure everyone had checked in with registration.
This serial killer appears in Sandman # 14 on page 3, in panel 3.
