Funland’s Victim # 2 (illustrated by Anna Hybsier)

Rose Walker and Gilbert find themselves at a hotel hosting a Cereal convention, while trying to locate her missing brother, Jed.

They do not know that the Cereal convention is a convention for serial killers.

Funland, one of the serial killers, spots Rose and attacks her in her room.

Gilbert had given her a piece of paper with a name on it and told her that “if things get bad, call the name.”

When Funland attempts to rape Rose, she grasps the paper and speaks the name on the paper.

“Morpheus.”

Dream tells Funland to release Rose and causes him to sleep.

Funland dreams that all of his “little friends,” which are his victims come to play with him. Funland apologizes for hurting them and, in his dream, the children forgive him.

It is the most wonderful dream Funland has ever had.

This little girl is one of Funland’s victims.

She appears in Sandman # 14, on page 31, in panel 4.
