In Sandman # 14, a host of serial killers descend upon a quiet hotel for a convention for people who take pleasure in killing others.

This man attended the Cereal Convention and was hanging out in the hotel lobby as Nimrod, the convention organizer, is trying to locate The Family Man, who is scheduled to be the guest of honor at the convention.

Tex appears in Sandman # 14, on page 3, in panel 1.

There is absolutely nothing know about this serial killer. He is dressed similar to a cowboy and so he likely operates in the southern United States, and quite possibly Texas. As with a majority of the serial killers in this issue, the reader is left to speculate on the brutality of the particular murders each of these killers commits.
