Party Guest # 5 (illustrated by Te’Shawn Dwyer)

Prez Rickard was elected President of the United States and in the third year of his presidency he attended a party.

While at the party Boss Smiley makes an appearance and approaches Prez. Prez admits that he bas been trying to uncover the identity of Boss Smiley, but can find absolutely no information at his disposal, including the FBI, CIA, IRS and Interpol files. There are no files relating to Boss Smiley anywhere Prez looked.

This man is one of the guests at the party and is in the room when Prez and Boss Smiley talk.

He appears in Sandman # 54 on page 11 in panel 5.
