Ramar Singh (illustrated by Anna Hybsier)

Ramar Singh attended the Burgess Party at Fawney Rig in 1939.

At the party he is speaking to William Phillpots telling him that if it were up to him he could take all the writings of Kipling and burn them and take all the Sahibs and Memsahibs that were left behind in India and throw them on the fire as well.

That evening, when he sleeps, he dreams of mirrors and rats of Calcutta and of the blood of his sister. He then dreams of his fellow party guests.

He appears in Sandman Midnight Theatre on page 39 in panel 4 and on page 44 in panel 1.
