This character appears in The Hellfire Club. He's sitting at a table and isn't really very detailed. You'll recognize him by his oversized hands.
Scott gave this character more detail and more life than the original published version.
It was nice of this demon to sit still long enough to give Scott a chance to paint his portrait.
