This ghostly bully is one of the kids who torments Charles Rowland at St. Hilarions as all the demons and ghosts are forced to leave Hell by Lucifer when he gives up his kingdom.
LT Barrow attended St. Hilarions and was killed in The Great War sometime between 1914-1918.
