Rose and Gilbert find themselves staying in a hotel where a Cereal Convention is being held. Rose assumes that this convention is for breakfast cereal enthusiasts or companies that make cereal, but she is wrong. This convention is host to the worst serial killers in the country.

This convention is eerily similar to other conventions, both professional and fan conventions in the sense that they have panels and discussions regarding a variety of topics relating to death and killing.

As with many conventions, there are also after show events. At the Cereal Convention one of the events is a dance party.

This particular serial killer attended the dance party.

He appears in Sandman # 14, on page 21 panel 1.
