Police Officer # 8 (illustrated by Kai Martin)

Karla goes to the police station to inquire about the two detectives who visited Lyta after her son’s disappearance. The police officer was less than helpful.

As Karla is leaving she passes a police officer helping an old homeless man into the station. This homeless man is the same one who tried to give Daniel a flower when Lyta and Karla took him to the ice cream shop. The old man tells Karla that her friend “is not alone in her head anymore.”

This police officer is the one escorting the homeless man into the police station.

He appears in Sandman # 61, on page 17, in panels 7-8.
