This serial killer attended the Cereal Convention.
One of the things I really enjoy about this project is seeing Scott's interpretation of some of the background characters that a typical reader would ignore. This is one of those characters. With each character that I don't immediately recognize I always look for the character in the comic to compare the two.
This serial killer is on page 3 of issue # 14. Can you find him?
I like this guy. Very unnerving.
