This is one of the demons from Season Of Mists. He can be seen in the final chapter of the storyline and is one of the first demons to re-enter Hell after the angels take control.
Did Mike Dringenberg intentionally draw this character to resemble Pinhead? Was he in the script as Pinhead or just a random demon? I would love to hear from either Gaiman or Dringenberg to figure out if this is indeed Clive Barker's most famous Cenobite or if he is just a random demon.
