I am not sure if Gaiman specifically asked for this character or if he is a creation of Mr. Zulli. Either way, he's a very memorable character.

An obsessive collection of portraits from the Sandman comic series.
Very happy with how this one turned out. I think I was able to maintain the feel of the original gesture drawing while inking/painting.
