Aurelian Palace Guard # 6 (illustrated by Lars Brown)

Cluracan was sent to Aurelia by Titania and was forced to sit though a council meeting, listening to the various Aurelian Emissaries discuss the alliance between the cities.

During the meeting, Cluracan had a vision and made a prediction that the dead would rise to collect the debts owed to them by Carnifex Carys XXXV.

The Carnifex was very unhappy with this prediction and threw Cluracan into the dungeon.

This palace guard hammered Cluracan’s shackles into place, preventing him from escaping.

He appears in Sandman # 52, on page 15, in panel 4.
