Man # 60 (illustrated by Lars Brown)

One evening, Richard Madoc, a celebrated author, was confronted by Dream who demanded the release of his prisoner, Calliope. When Madoc refused, his life began to spiral out of control.

On his way to a party, Richard stopped by a newspaper stand to buy a Time Out and Standard. The first of the never ending flow of ideas began crashing through his mind as he attempted to buy the paper.

This is man was one of the people who witnessed Richard Madoc’s first moments of his severe inundation of ideas. He fell to his knees, overwhelmed, as this man watched.

He appears in Sandman # 17, on page 19, in panel 5.
