Judy Garland is a popular American actress, who stared in over 40 films between the 1930’s and 1980s. Some of her memorable roles incluse Hush Hush…Sweet Charlotte and Watcher In The Woods.

Within the Sandman Universe Bette Davis appears in the dreams of Hal Carter.

As Rose, the dream vortex, begins to accidentally cause damage to The Dreaming, Hal dreams of Bette Davis, Marilyn Monroe and Judy Garland. They came to tell him a secret. Just as they were about to tell him the secret he woke up and lost the dream.

Bette Davis appears in Sandman # 15, on page 8, in panel 2.
