When Martin Tenbones comes to New York seeking Barbie, this man is one of the people who witnessed the creature.

He was in a group of people watching the events that transpired, leading to the death of Martin Tenbones.

He can be seen in Sandman # 32, on page 19, in panel 5.

This portrait was drawn by Lars and I really like it. I like that, as in the comic, he is looking towards the distance and to the streets of New York.
