This is one of the Demons that appear in Ramadan, inside the Globe Of Sulaiman Ben Daoud, which Haroun al Raschid threatens to shatter if The King of Dreams does not appear before him.

If this globe is broken, nine thousand and nine Ifrits, Djinn and Demons will be released into the world and cause untold chaos.

When Dream does not appear, al Raschid throws the globe over the walls of his palace and it falls to the earth.

This demon is one of the many demons eager to escape the globe.

This Demon appears in Sandman # 50, on page 18, in panel 7.
