Steadfast City Leader # 3 (illustrated by Kai Martin)

Prez Rickard was an exceptional boy who would eventually become the youngest President Of The United States Of America.

When he was a teenager his mother lost sight of him in the center of town.

She eventually found him several hours later in the town hall talking with the city leaders about civics and answering their questions in a manner that impressed them.

This woman is one of the city leaders of Steadfast.

She appears in Sandman # 54, on page 4, in panel 3.
