Emissary # 13 (illustrated by Max Rugers)

Dream visited Hell in hopes of rescuing Nada. Instead of returning to his kingdom with his ex-lover, he returned with the Key To Hell, given to him by Lucifer.

Immediately upon his return to The Dreaming a host of Emissaries journeyed to his castle hoping for an audience and an opportunity to claim the key for their own dominion.

This emissary is one of the people hoping to win Dream’s favor and leave with the Key To Hell.

He appears in Sandman # 24, on page 23, in panel 4.
