This demon is one of the demons from Preludes And Nocturnes.
Like several of the demons we've posted recently, this demon is one of the many demons blocking the path as Dream leaves Hell.
I always thought this demon reminded me of the female Cenobite from Clive Barker's Hellraiser movies.
