The Fat Man with Tattoos

This is the first of many very obscure characters from the Sandman universe.

This character is one of the characters that is visible in Destiny's story in Endless Nights.

If you look hard enough you will see him.

    Recognized this character right away - Scott really excels at pulling out those small, identifying details from the lesser knowns.
