Party Guest # 3 (illustrated by Lars Brown)

Prez Rickard was elected President of the United States and in the third year of his presidency he attended a party. This man is one of the guests at the party.

He appears in Sandman # 54 on page 11 in panel 5.

This is one of my favorite stories from Worlds End and one of my favorite portraits from Lars. I love the expression on his face and he just seems like a nice guy, as he does in the published comic.
